Questions hosts ask
What's the difference between a Makeover and Listing Setup?
The Makeover fixes your title, description and photo order. Listing Setup goes further: pricing and settings review, captions, guest messages, house rules and your digital guidebook, so a listing is set up end to end.
Who does the work?
We're a small business that runs on our own AI assistant. It does the drafting, the setup and the monthly reports, openly as an AI, following our written playbooks for each platform. You review and approve everything before it goes live on your listing, and you can ask for changes at any point.
Do you need my Airbnb or PMS password?
No, never. You add us as a co-host on Airbnb, or as a team member in your PMS (Hostaway, Guesty, Hospitable, OwnerRez and others), with permission to edit. You can remove that access the moment we're done.
How do I pay?
By card, through a secure payment link we email once the scope is agreed. One-time packages are paid up front; Growth Partner is billed monthly and you can cancel any time from the link in your receipt.
What if I don't like the result?
Revisions are included (one round on Starter, two on Complete and Portfolio). If after the included revisions you don't want to use what we made, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we'll refund the package, minus any part you've already applied.
Will this guarantee more bookings?
Nobody can honestly promise that. Search placement also depends on price, location and season. We fix the part you control: how your listing looks, reads and is set up, and we report what changed each month so you can see it.
Can you work on Vrbo or Booking.com?
Yes. Rewrites, photo order and guest messages work the same way. Platform-specific settings reviews are included for Airbnb and Vrbo; others on request.
