Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information GlowListing collects, why, and your choices. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- The free listing score: it runs in your browser. The text you paste isn't sent to us unless you ask us to email you the report.
- When you give us your email (full report, founding-member list, referral link): your email address, and with the report request, your score summary and listing title so we can send it.
- When you order: your name, email, listing links, the details you put in the intake form, and payment confirmation from our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
- Makeover co-host access: we see what any co-host with listing-editing permission can see on the platform, and only use it to do the work you ordered.
- Basic technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security. We don't use advertising trackers.
How we use it
To deliver what you asked for, send order updates, answer your questions, run the referral program, send the newsletter you signed up for, and keep the site secure. We don't sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that help us run GlowListing (hosting, email delivery and payments), under their own privacy and security terms, and authorities if the law requires it.
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Order emails are sent as long as you have an active order or subscription.
How long we keep it
Order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require; email-list data until you unsubscribe; free-report requests for up to 12 months.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing us. If you're in California, the EU or the UK you may have extra rights under local law, and we'll honor them.
Children
GlowListing is for adults running rental listings and isn't directed at children under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date above.
