We want you to be glad you hired us. Here's exactly how refunds work.

Expert Audit: 7-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with your audit for any reason, email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no arguing.

Makeover credit: if you buy a Makeover (or Makeover Pro) within 14 days of buying your audit, the full audit price comes off the Makeover.

Listing Makeover and Makeover Pro

• Before we start editing your listing: full refund, for any reason.
• Free second round: on day 30 we compare your listing's views and bookings with the 30 days before the Makeover, using the numbers in your Airbnb host dashboard. If the check shows no lift, we do a second round of changes free.
• After we start: we'll revise the work until you're happy for 30 days after delivery. If we still can't get it right, we'll refund 50% and you keep everything we made.

Glow Launch and direct-booking sites

Full refund before we start work. After we start, we'll revise the work until you're happy for 30 days after delivery. The monthly part of a direct-booking site follows the subscription rules below.

Glow Monitor, Glow Care, reels retainers and team plans

Cancel any time; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for and won't be charged again. If you cancel within 7 days of your very first payment, we'll refund it in full. Annual plans cancelled after those 7 days aren't refunded for the unused months, but stay active until the year ends. The free first month of Glow Monitor that comes with a Makeover ends on its own unless you choose to continue.

How to ask

Email us from the address you ordered with and include your order number if you have it. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
